Quality as standard
As a hard working organisation it is important we have robust checks and measures in place to ensure we continue to deliver the very best service. So we use a complete Quality Assurance Programme to help us stay focused. As well as scheduled and random inspections, vehicle presentation standard guidelines, and a mystery passenger program, we regularly ask for our customer feedback. As part of this programm we also carefully select and manage our drivers.
Account Management
We use a communications and training plan that ensures we deliver the very highest service levels to our clients. The Key Account Briefing Process involves first working out and documenting your requirements, then communicating and testing our drivers’ knowledge of them. We then continue to monitor our service with customer survey cards and regular reviews.
Corporate Services
We have designated cars and drivers in our fleet to deal with our wine tasting customers in the wine country that is Sonoma, Napa, and Marin counties. These vehicles can be ordered in advance without taxi insignia. You can also arrange for our drivers to meet and greet passengers at San Francisco Airport ,Oakland airport, Napa and Sonoma County Airport. Train/Bus or Ferry Terminals.
