We use a communications and training plan that ensures we deliver the very highest service levels to our clients. The Key Account Briefing Process involves first working out and documenting your requirements, then communicating and testing our drivers’ knowledge of them. We then continue to monitor our service with customer survey cards and regular reviews.
We have designated cars and drivers in our fleet to deal with our wine tasting customers in the wine country that is Sonoma, Napa, and Marin counties. These vehicles can be ordered in advance without taxi insignia. You can also arrange for our drivers to meet and greet passengers at San Francisco Airport ,Oakland airport, Napa and Sonoma County Airport. Train/Bus or Ferry Terminals.
